I run a…

You know every member by name.
Your phone doesn't.

The people who keep your business running live in your head, on a whiteboard, in a group chat nobody reads, and in three years of texts you can't search. MemberMine puts them in one place — so you notice the ones drifting away while you can still do something about it.

30 days free when we open up. No long contract — cancel any time.

The real problem

Nobody quits. They just fade.

Almost no one walks up and tells you they're done. They miss a week. Then two. By the time it registers, they've built a new routine that doesn't include you — and winning them back costs far more than keeping them would have.

You had the information

You knew they'd gone quiet. It just wasn't written anywhere you'd see it in time, because it lived in your memory and your memory was busy running a business.

Your announcements don't land

A post in a group nobody checks, seen by a fraction of the people it was for. Then the same three questions by text, because the ones who needed it never saw it.

It's all in someone's head

Yours, usually. Which means the day you're away, sick, or trying to hand something over, the relationship with your members doesn't exist anywhere else.

How it works

You're already sitting on a goldmine. This is the shovel.

You don't need more members. You need to stop quietly losing the ones you have. Three steps, and none of them involve a spreadsheet.

Get everyone in, without the data entry

Share one link or put a QR code on the wall. Your members join themselves, fill in their own details, and keep them current. You don't type a single row.

See the whole picture in one card

Every person, their history with you, what they're signed up for, what you last talked about — on one screen, searchable, on the phone already in your pocket.

Reach them where they'll actually look

Announcements arrive as a notification on their phone, not a post buried by an algorithm. Message one person or the whole community in a couple of taps.

See it

The whole thing runs from your phone

No back office, no desktop-only admin panel, no training day. Here's what you'd actually be using.

Everyone you serve, on one card each

Contact details, what they've joined, their history with you, and any custom detail that matters in your world — belt rank, division, membership type, whatever you'd otherwise keep on a sticky note.

So you know who's drifted before they've decided they're gone.

Say it once. Everyone gets it.

Send an announcement to a whole community, or a direct message to one person, and it lands as a notification on their phone. Replies come back to you in one thread instead of five different apps.

So "I never got told" stops being a thing that happens.

Signing someone up takes about ten seconds

They scan the code on your wall or tap your link, and they're in — with their own details, filled in by them. New members are on the system before they've finished their first visit.

So your list is never out of date, because you're not the one maintaining it.

What you get

Everything in one place, finally

Your member list

Everyone you serve, searchable, with the details that matter to your trade.

Messaging that arrives

Direct messages and group chat that show up as notifications, not buried posts.

News & announcements

One post, pushed to everyone it's for. Nobody has to remember to check.

Documents

Waivers, schedules, price lists and rules where people can actually find them.

Separate groups

Kids' class, adults, competition team, Tuesday league — each with its own space.

Staff permissions

Give your team exactly the access they need. Nothing more, nothing awkward.

An app for your members

They get a real app, not a login page. Your business in their pocket.

Your data stays yours

Your member list belongs to you — not to a social network that rents you access to it.

Most of our competition is a group chat

Here's an honest comparison, including the bits where the alternatives are genuinely better.

If you need class scheduling and integrated billing at scale, the big platforms do that properly and we don't pretend otherwise. If what you actually need is to know your people and stay in touch with them without paying for a system built for a 12-location franchise — that's this.

Straight with you

We're new. Here's exactly what that means.

There's no wall of logos on this page and no testimonials, because we're not going to invent them. Here's the honest trade you're making by coming in early.

You get the founder, not a ticket queue

Email us and a person who built the thing writes back. That stops being true at some point. It's true now.

You shape what gets built

Early users decide what we work on next. Tell us what your trade needs and there's a real chance it ships.

Your price is locked

Whatever you start on, you keep — including when the price goes up for everyone who joins later.

Before you ask

The things people worry about

My members aren't tech people. Will they actually use it?

They already use a phone all day. Joining is one QR scan or one tap on a link — no account setup form, no manual, nothing to learn. What they see afterwards is a simple feed and their messages. If someone can use a group chat, they can use this.

I don't have time to set anything up.

You don't do the data entry — your members do, by joining themselves. Realistically you spend twenty minutes creating your business and putting a QR code somewhere visible. The list builds itself from there.

What happens to my member list if I leave?

It's yours and you can take it with you. We're not a social network renting you access to your own people. That's rather the point.

I'm already paying for something else.

Then the question is what it's actually doing for you. If it handles scheduling and billing well, it may be worth keeping — those aren't our strengths yet, and we say so in the comparison above. If you're paying for a big platform mostly to hold a member list and send the occasional email, this does that part better, on a phone, for less.

Do you charge per member?

No. Plans are priced on how many separate communities you run, not how many people are in them. Growing shouldn't cost you more.

What does "early access" actually mean?

MemberMine isn't in the app stores yet. Join the list and you'll be among the first in when it opens, with 30 days free and your price locked. We'll email you once — when it's ready — not weekly.
